Surgey Date is Set for November 21st, 2014!

I am so thrilled my surgery date is set! I know this is happening now and it's not just an apparition in my mind. I'm trying to find pics to put on my profile and realizing I delete all "bad" pics of me. I've deleted out months and years of my life on FB because I refuse to be tagged in pics where I think I look too fat. So the pics I have attached are times right before the cut-off of my own photo requirements. I'm at least 20lbs heavier than in the before photos I have posted. It's sad I don't even allow myself to "exist" as I am. I am going to change that very soon though! 

One pic I've attached is after I completed my first 5k this fall -- it was an mud obstacle course and I completed every obstacle but one, the hang from a rope. I can't hold my own body weight to save my life! Did a rope swing when I was little and didn't make it to the water and nearly broke my neck dropping 20 feet to the ground. But I have HOPE that come next fall, I will be hanging and swinging from any rope I want.

I'm looking for friends and support on here so please don't hesitate to friend me. I'm especially looking for successful 1+ year post surgery people willing to mentor and give advice/support. I'm also really hoping to find others who've are getting surgery around the same time as me in October/November/December 2014 or January 2015.
