Well I finally went from BMI 74 to 49.9  yeh I am only super obese now lol.  The loss is slowing down which scares me because I still have over 100 lbs to go.  I can eat more so it is harder to "diet"  I did start excercising so hopefully that will help.  I am teetering on the 200's  hopefully I will be there by the end of the week!!  I had to break down and buy some work pants and I was able to get in 24's.  When I started this journey I could only fit in stretch pants and my size 34 jeans wouldn't fit now they fall off that feels good.  When I get depressed I try on all my "big" clothes lol. 

I have posted some recent pics if anyone is interested.  :-)  Well back to work hopefully I will be in the 200's next time I post!!!  Thanks for everyones support it helps to have friends going through the same things.
