My 1st impression of Dr Oh is he seems to have a good bed side manner. He is pretty straight forward and I have heard great things about him. He is the most recommended surgeon in Washington.

    Thanks everyone for the nice thoughts. I made it through. I feel ok other than this gas/heartburn pressure that I can't seem to get rid of. I have my 1st post op Friday hopefully I have lost some lord knows I haven't ate anything so I better have lol. Laurie

At a stand still

Well I haven't been on here in 4-ever.  I am not doing that good anymore.  I lost down to 274 (171lbs) then in 8/2010 lost my job and put like 18lbs on got up to 292 had a panic attack so in the last couple weeks I started back on my protien and excercising and am back to 282 my goal is to make it to 245 by my 2yr surgiversary which is 4/23/11.  Wish me luck :-)  I am posting a couple recent pics and Im in size 22 sometimes 20 but mostly 22's I feel good about that but want to get under 200.
