    Tuesday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. 1 Years post-op

It's hard to believe that it's been a year already.  What a difference.I've gone from a size 24 jeans to size 6.  I've lost 129#s.  I'm working full time. I have alot of people asking me if I'd reccommend this surgery, and I tell them yes, definitely, and I'd would do it all over again.  I love my new life.  I'm trying now just to maintain around 145-150#, that's my goal..and I'm at 147#s right now.  I still drink my protein shake every morning..and take my vitamins and have a B-12 shot every month.  My bloodwork came  back good..so hopefully in august everything will be fine too.
