Well - its been quite a while since I updated....but here goes. I am doing fantastic. I had my plastic surgery on January 29th and I am doing fantastic. Dr Lee took off 10 lbs of skin. I had a tummy tuck/abdominoplasty and a breast life with augmentation. Wow who would have thought I would have come this far...it truly is amazing.
If it werent for all of my friends here on OH I couldn't have made it through some of the tough times....this truly is a godsend of a site...and one of the best places in the world for making friends...some of whom I know will be life long friends of mine.
I am still recovering from my plastics. I know I have to take it easy and I sometimes am doing to much but its hard when you are feeling pretty good...and staying home so much gets really boring. I just have to force myself to take it easy so I heal properly. I am having a few healing issues but Dr Lee is confident everything will turn out ok. There are some areas around my areola that are slow in healing and did not get proper circulation (hmmmdue to all the years of my smoking? Maybe) and are almost black in color but they are healing from the inside out and Dr lee is confident they will be fine - it just takes time. THere is also one place on the tummy incision he is watching as it is pretty red so we are keeping an eye on it.
To anyone considering plastics I totally recommend Dr. RIchard Lee in Newport Beach...he is awesome - a very meticulous surgeon and the best bedside mannor.....
ANyway, thanks to all my OH friends for all of your support and help during the past 18 months...you guys are the bomb.
