I just got my labs done for my one year post op and everything looks great except my vitamin A. I currently take Biotech A-25 (25K iu per pill) 4 times a day. So 100k iu per day but my vitamin A was only 35. I was just wondering how much we can absorb

Congratulations on your one year surgery anniversary. I hope you've had a great post-op first year. I had WLS in 2001 and it has been one of the best decisions I've made. All the best to you on your second post-op year!
