10 weeks down and 55 pounds
Well I went for my 3 month appointment a couple of weeks early today and I am down 55 pounds I was shocked. I was very happy with that considering I am not working out like i need to. I just can't seem to find the time. Then when I do finally sit down I am too tired. I told the dr today I knew it wasnt a good excuse but... I would try to do better. They were pleased with my loss. They asked how I felt and I said better than I have in years. It is amazing what a difference 55 pounds has made in my life. I used to take the stairs to my office one at a time and get both feet on one stair before tackling the next one because my knees ached so bad... well now I climb them like everyone else and I can climb them alot more a day than usual. Sometimes I just walk downstairs and walk across the bottom floor of the building and walk back up the other side just for the extra activity, I am definitely feeling tons better than I used to. I am losing my hair though and that is depressing. I thought going into this that it wouldnt happen to me but it is. Every time I brush it I have to clean the floor. My husband said he pulled a chihuahua out of the drain in the bathtub yesterday. I wonder if we can glue it back.. lol I told my dr I am using biiotin and they said I am doing all that I can and it will come back. I am going to have to trust them on this one. :-) Well I wanted to update my profile I need to have hubby take some pics sometime to show my loss but I have dreaded cameras so long I never think to ask him. :-) I hope everyone is doing well. Lesa
