My friend Doris died today..... on August 20, 2008 5:52 pm My friend Doris died today. She was 66 years old and has suffered with MS for over 20 years. She fought the fight........ She was a dear percious woman....and my real friend! I miss her already!

August 19th 2008 on August 19, 2008 12:29 pm Today has been interesting. First my car messed up.... then I got that straightened out. Then I actually looked in the mirror.... I didn't recognize the girl in the mirror....... She was ME! I think I actually like what I see!!! LOL I am one year and 9 days out today. If I die today...I am happy... it was worth EVERYTHING I went through to get here! If I could do it all over again...Would I? YES!!

My Story My story is basicly the same as everyone's.... married,divorced... a kid.......I started gaining weight when I was 25 years old. I just had always ate whatever I wanted....as much as I wanted......whenever I wanted.... after the birth of my daughter PPDepression...got me....and had me for a long time.....during that time I ate and slept.....way too much....medication didn't help as a matter of fact....it increased the weight gain....I have tried Phen Fen, Fastin, Weight Watchers, HerbaLife,Xenical,Meridia....Slim Fast,HollywoodDiet,most all of the over the counter diets...even the Cabbage Soup diet..... OH yes....I could lose BUT I gained it back plus!!.....So here I am almost 45 years old...my daughter in college....I am right with the Lord....and everything is finally falling into place.....It has been a long time coming....but I am here...right here......inside all this fat... I am Trusting the Lord to see me through this Journey safely.... I want to sing in the Choir again... I want to stop hiding.... stand up and be an example...for others.....I have found that you have to go through the bad to get to the good...... That is about all there is to me but the BEST is yet to come....................... GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT..................................
