I had to make some chanes to my appts and they were great about rescheduling them. He makes sure that you understand everything that is invovlved with this surgery.. the after care program is great.. his ofc holds 2 support group meeting a month and they are very informative.. rnrn

38 LBS!!!!

As of this morning!! I have lost 38 lbs!!!! I can not believe it.. as well as that I have been able to put on a size 26 pants.. I am working hard to get this weight off.. walking most days at least a half of a mile I am working my way up slowly..  I am still struggling with the food issues.. not so much that I cant eat but finding something that I can eat... I suppose the fact that I cant eat much is a good thing.. I am still getting all the protein I should and I figure If I do that then I have won the battle of the "BULGE"  lol..
