Okay so I was banded on 05/06/08 I weighed in at         226 1/2 (got a little carried away my last week) however my entire experience has been great.  The entire procedure took approx 45min then I was taken to recovery for approx 2hrs. then taken to my room.  2hours later I was up and walking.  I had very little discomfort and very little gas. The very next day my band checked out okay and I went home.  Still, very little gas and not hungry at all, I do however, miss the texture of food.  I am currently weighing 214lbs.  woohoo down 12lbs in 6days.
