My 18month old tumbled down the stairs a couple of days ago and my instant mommy reaction was to pick him up. Right after I felt major pain in my port area.....OUCHHHH. I am still paying for it. as I cant sit, lay or stand it all hurts. I have shortness of breath... It really hurts... 
Doctor Aceves says for me just to rest it out. It should get better. Hopefully soon...
