Hi Michelle, I had alot of problems with hair loss also.. MY REMEDY WAS: first i switched to PROGAIN shampoo it is made by ROGAIN and it is in a light blue bottle found by the rogain. I get it from SUPER WALMART... I wash my hair everyday or every other day sometimes... I take a multi vitamin in the morning and at night I take a pre-natal vitamin and a vitamin called :SKIN HAIR NAILS" that I get from wal mart also... and my hair is wonderful ! it looks great ! I hope this helps... I had people at work who had hair loss from stress and they tried the shampoo and said even that did really good for them.. but I take the extra vitamin with the BIOTIN in it because of the deficiancy from the surgery. BEST OF LUCK ! I grew up in Ft Lauderdale.. LOVE IT THERE !

September 16th Dear Michelle: Please give yourself a break!!! Only six days post-op? The mental battle for me has just ended and I'm just four days shy of 30-days post-op. I know how hard it is. Please read my post on the message board today---It possible to get over this hump; climbing is not easy---but every little bit gets you over that mountain---ya know? Anyway, allow yourself to grieve the loss, and know that yes, eventually you'll beable to eat those things again----JUST NOT IN THE SAME QUANTITY! Take care. Write if you want more support.
