I write this to help any other slow/lazy loser out there. First, I must say that I am very happy with my weight loss. Even though it could of been ALOT better, the sleeve is still a VERY useful tool for me.

I started making some protein shakes lately (getting back on track) with berries and such and I thought they were do able--not great. Well I tried one of these new Light & Fit Protein Shakes and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Only problem it has too many carbs
