I'm a 30~something yr old wife, mother, daughter, sister on her journey into weight loss surgery. I currently in the Kaiser Richmond Bariatric program. I have been to my initial 5 hr orientation, psych evaluation, and meet with my surgeon... Now comes the challenge of the pre-op meal plan and and losing the required weight before I can get scheduled for surgery... I can use all the help and input I can get.
