Surgeon Testimonial

Wade Barker, M.D.
Dr. Barkers staff was super nice and his office is set up to accomodate larger people which was nice. Dr. Barker is very quiet but willing to answer all of your questions but he doesn't tell you more than you need to know.

My suggestion to future patients of his would be to go into his office prepared with a list of all the questions you have for him to answer. Also call your insurance provider ahead of time and get a list from them of everything they will require the surgeon to send them to be considered for surgery. Gather all this information ahead of time so when you meet with Dr. Barkers insurance staff they will be able to submit the letter the following day.

So far I have been happy with Dr. Barker and his staff. The only thing I think they need help with is providing more information about what to expect post op, what weight to expect to achieve and help with food ideas for each phase of the post op.
