Surgeon Testimonial Michael A. Schweitzer M.D. I met with Dr S and I have nothing but good things to say about the doctor and his staff. They were all very nice. Dr, S struck me as being the most experienced in his field, and I trust him fully. His secretary Debbie is wonderful to deal with, and I am looking forward to the day when I am free of this weight. 3 weeks out and 25 pounds
Well, it's 3 weeks out and I am down 25 pounds. That is great, but it's not easy. I spend all day eating, drinking and taking vitamins. I have been sick a few times, I need to chew more and eat slower. Drinking all the fluids in a day is very hard, and I am still tired. I don't regret having the surgery, but it sure was harder than I ever imagined. I've heard that it gets better every day, and it's true some days. I'm off the insulin and now the blood pressure meds too! 1 Comment(s)

I am so glad to read that you are doing well. Congratulations on the weight loss I am so proud of you. This is not an easy road but with time you will definitely feel so much better and it will get easier. That is why when people tell me that I am taking the easy way out to have surgery I get so mad because by all means it is not easy at all. Congrats on not having to use insulin or blood pressure anymore.
