Hi im Linda Gonzalez-Martinez, i am a food addict in recovery. From almost 280 pounds i am now 155, still 27 pounds to loose. I had my (RNY) gastric bypass surgery July 24th 2007, i have lost over 115 pounds. I started over eating at my thirties, why ? Lot's of things, depression, hurt, medications etc. I come from child abuse and a disfunctional family. My life before i knew God was full of hurt, anger, abuse and memories that hurt me so much, i thought i was a looser. Never knew what loving myself was or really loving others was. I would have not done this transformation without Jesus...

I would have not achived nothing without Jesus Christ, He has been my true rock and refuge. His love and mercy have helped me sooo much through this journey in my life.
You can make your dreams come true, just believe that God wants to help you, and believe in yourself. You can loose weight, believe it!!!
Everything is possible if you believe in Gods power to help you, and if you work for it. Make it happen, YOU CAN DO IT !!! Start by giving your eating habbits to God. Surrender your eating habbits to Jesus. Admit to yourself that you are powerless over your eating habbits. Give them to God. Start exersizing, drinking more water, eating healthy, portion control.
