eight weeks today

I got on the scale this morning and It is finally moving again I am down to 222. This makes me happy. I would like to get to 185 by christmas. I hope that I can do ti. I have been having trouble not eating to much. Food is starting to taste good to me again and I want to keep eating. I have to get this under control.
