ObesityHelp

hello I am 49 years young and going through the weigtloss procedure.  Would like to get the gastric bypass done since I weigh 413 down from 440.  I have not gotten a surgery date yet or seen my dr.  First I have to quit smoking and I do really good but in the evening I usly have a relapse. 

I am going to smoke my last cigarette this evening before I go to bed seems like I do best If I can sleep on not having a cigarette.  Would really appreciate a friend to get me through this.  so any comments would greatly be appreciated.  Thanks Lindystar4me.
