My 1st WLS recipe (ALL BY MYSELF!)
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast
2lemons
1/2 red onion (minced)
1 small garlic clove (minced)
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
4 tablespoons poultry seasoning
15-20sprays I cant believe its not butter
2 teaspoons dried sage
olive oil

Heat large skillet with olive oil
Season chicken one side poultry seasoning and sage, the other sde salt and pepper. Cook chicken 5-10 minutes on each side or until throughly cooked

While chicken is cooking, in a small sauce pan add a teaspoon of olive oil and heat with onions and garlic until onions are transparent. Then add milk, butter, salt, pepper, zest and juice (from one lemon). Bring up to a boil (stire constantly to prevent burnt milk) once to a boil bring heat down to a medium heat, add cream cheese and stir in until melted through (its okay to have lumps). Add the mixture into a food processor (i used magic bullet) and blend until you have a thick, creamy consistency. Set aside

Remove chicken f rom skillet and let rest for 10minutes. Plate chicken and squeeze lemon juice over it (from the lemon you zested), then drizzle your sauce over the chicken. With the left over lemon make a lemon flower for garnish (see photo) or just garinish however you want.
