Surgeon Testimonial Bipan Chand M.D., F.A.C.S. I found Dr. Bipan Chand of the Cleveland Clinic to be an excellent surgeron with an excellent bedside manner. He and his staff visited me daily while I was in the hospital. He came highly recommended by CCHS staff and I am grateful and fortunate that I had him as my surgeon. I feel his experience and expertise are why my progress and results have been so positive. It sometimes takes awhile to see Dr. Chand but it is worth the wait and his fellows are quite knowledgable and friendly as well. (I loved Dr. Mikhail). I have also found Dr. Chand to be quite thorough. If a test needs to be done, he will always err on the side of caution and order it. Again, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chand.
