This is my week so far with exercise:
Monday: Swam laps in neighborhood pool and did a short run
Tuesday: Worked out with trainer on weights and swam laps in pool at gym
Wednesday: Although sore from trainer workout, I managed to begin the Couch to 5k program with a 30 minute run/walk
Thursday: Thats today and I have another trainer workout in an hour. I am still sore, so I hope I can make it through my workout.
Also...big news....I am officially signed up for the Women Fitness Celebration 5k...my first ever!! It will be on September 20th and now I just have to get myself ready!!
