Well, I think I'm Finally over this respitory problem I've been having.  At least I hope so, I am feeling a lot better any way, but I usualy do right before it comes right back.  Anyway, i just have a feeling that Im better for good this time and I'm ready to get back to work on my health.  I have had some trouble sleeping so my hours are a lil off.  Im going to try to get back on track and start exercising again.  I am now at 300 lbs, gained a lil back over the holidays etc.  Sorry I haven't been on here in a while, its just because of being sick and holidays, etc. I'll try to get back on here more often now, Thanks.
