I started this journey jan of 08. I had 1 year worth of weight monitoring from my family dr.  Then  my dr sent me to a therapist to get a phycological test before my insurance could approve.  My insuance denied so he sent me back to her, come to find out i needed to see a psycologist not a therapist.  I waited 2 months for my dr to find the right kinda Dr i was suppose to see, the ynever came through so i called around myselfandset up the appt.  I took the test the Psycologist wanted, I guess I passed, i was not sure what they were looking for.  A week after that I got a note form my insurance company and they said i was approved, I then called my Gastric bypass dr,Dr McBride to set up my sist consultaion.  It is this coming monday,that is where i am at right now and I am so scared and excited and nervious, and oh my so many questions and emtions. I want to hurry and get it over with, this wait is really hard.
