My Story

I actually started my journey approximately 5 years ago.  I even got as far as scheduling a surgery date and backed out.  I had disagreements with surgeons and staff members and felt like I was only a statistic.  I knew what I wanted, and searched until I found a group that helped me make decisions with their professional guidance.  I discovered that Adirondack Medical Center in March and I thank God for leading me to them!  What a great staff!  I had many issues with insurance and they were very patient with me while I got that straightened out.  Appointments are going smoothly and I hope soon to be approved for surgery.  I have chosen the lap band, have always chosen the lap band.
