Surgeon Testimonial Stephen Scott With MBS I first met with there bariatric/internal medicinest Dr.Suttlmoeler. He is FATASTIC, truely calmed my nerves as much as possible and was very complete with everything we discussed. We have decided Dr.Scot would be the best surgeon for me and my situation. I will meet him at my preop appt on the 22nd. I am looking forward to it. So the office staff is truely amazing, Leslie is right on the ball, Amy K truely knows her stuff and is sweet, careing and takes time to talk if you need it. Other Amy and Carrie are fantastic. They got write on the ball with getting me in to a surgery date for mid September (YAHOO!!). Fingers crossed my insurance is a proficient. They are big on before and after care in every asspect with them. Even though it is alot of learning and knowing of change they are right there to help were ever you need it. I will update after the preop. So I am 2 weeks out from surgery tommarrow and just wantedd to update aboutDr. and Hospital. Surgery went well, it tok about an hour lnger then dr.Scot normaly takes due to some bleeding issues. I knew I was a bleeder though. I guess the part that I am not happy with is that my husband was never contcting (though he waited in the weighting room as told). 4 hours after the surgery I was being wealed into my room still asking if someone could go locate him. He was found quite panicked in the waiting room. I have still yet to meet Dr.Scot in person. He is very nvolved in surgery and hospital issues when I have appointment. Honeslty I do not mind much, Dr. Suttlmoeler and Natalie are fantastic and make me very comfortable. I had a little problem after and was back in the ER Sunday after going home Wednesday. My drain had migrated down to agitate my apendix and bladder. Not alot of fun but Dr.Davis in the ER (bariatric specialist on call) figured out the problem and outthe drwin came. No pain with in 10 minutes. So basically all went great. I am home and just letting myself recover :).. Member Interests
