David R. Geller M.D.
He was very nice and nice smile and he made you feel safe. His staff is really helpfull. The least thing I would like to see him after surgery. I seen him before the surgery and he said i will see you in 6 weeks. would like to seen him before leaving hospital. other patients should know he does a great job and called his office on a sunday with a red wound and dr. geller called back. great responds. Nursing gave good strcturtion on care after home. If i had it to do over i would still use him. except one thing i would had as for stiches instead of glued wounds. going to have scares. they opened. but all in all he was a great dr. i would highly remend.....

I know it has been awhile doing ok. Had fluid taken out last week and upper GI the bands ok but i vomit alot. only have  3CC IN MY BAND BUT I AM IN A SIZE 12 NOW  INSTEAD OF 18 AND 22'S .  I CAN DANCE WITHOUT GETTING OUT OF BREATH, OFF OF BOTH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS. AND NO SUGAR PROB, ITS GREAT TO FELL ALIVE AGAIN.  THE DR SAID I AM WHERE I SHOUD BE GIVE A VEW POUNDS. HES GREAT. HOW EVERYONE IS GREAT.   TAKE CARE EVERYONE. LIZ

i havn't been on for a long time alot going on in my life.. i still losing slow, i am 172. getting my band tighten this monday. had been on vac, vist with my daughter at st.kitts vet school . she is doing great . had a hard time eatting out. ate on the plan and the food got stuck and vomited on the plan. that suck..... its always something new to learn. in a size 14. instead of 22 or 18. off blood pressure med all together. no sugar problems. my life has turned around. will up load new pictures later. hope my friends are doing well. liz

bad days

well alot of things has happen sence my last post. hope all my friends are doing well.   I had to let all my fluid out of my port to have a tee done,where they take a light down my throat to look at the back side of my heart. i still have a blood clot there. that mean staying on meds.  Then i started have alot of pain in my left side lower quad pain. Yes you ladys guess a bad overay its large and has to come out.it starting to bleed because i am on blood thinner. My dr said i dont need it to bust. so i am having surgery weds nov 5th. its a bumber i cant take hamones due to the clots i have. i just hope i dont go crazy. I really need my port filled but dr does not want till after a few wees after surger. weel i will keep in thouch ladys.   Liz buckman

Getting smaller!

Seen my DR today. He said i was coming along good.  I was above what i should be losing.  I had lost 14 1/2 lbs sence my last vist.  I in 16-14 size between. I am gaining musle and losing inches. I feel good. Last week when i went to work at a hospital i have not work for a while and 5 people ask me what my name was.  I will post new pictures soon. hope my friends are doing well.

still trying to learn how to eat!!!!

Its really hard to break bad habits.  doing good today getting ready to go out for a walk. losing inches. Went to work at a hospital i having worked for a while Oh I did cut my hair short i will post new piches this weekend.  Anyway. I have 5 people ask me my name. They said I thing i know you. Blowed me out of the water!! I could not believe i have changed that much.  and yesterday I was on the Elevator with one of my doctors  that i hadn't seen in a month. She keep looking at me and said dont i know you?  yes your my dr. I liz she said gosh you have changed. you look great!  That made me really feel great. and Then i ran into someone I knew 20 yrs ago and he knew me.  So i must be looking like i use to!!! LOL LOL  That feels good. Even my husband has been gone out of town for  a while for class said that i felt tinyer..... and the rest is history !!!  well it feels good to be losing. just dont like the vomiting at times. live and learn. Thanks to everyone for your support.   LIz

My Story

Hi everyone I am 44 and Maried and and Have 1 daughter and one stepdaughter and one grandbaby. MY daughter is in Uk college and going off to vet school this coming fall. I have been over wt for the past 12 yrs. it caused alot of Medical problems. High bloodpressure. clots. I work in the medical field. Respiratory. and working the ER and ICU has been really hard . It is had to keep the pase up. running around alot and my knees are given out. My whole family is over wt. lost a brother at 48 heart attack. That woke me up need to lose wt. only  lost 13 lbs. not enough to help. been working on this for a yr. findly got approved. I am having my surgery feb 26. cant wait...
