ObesityHelp

I have not been on here in a long time...I have had a really bad last year and a half so felt I ddn't need to be on here.
I have had some complications and have felt awful. I had 3 bowel obstructions and two were surgical. I now have no small bowel and actually feel pretty bad most of the time. I also have not been eating right so I have gained about 25 pounds from where I want to be. My all time low was 150 but i got yelled at for that one??? That was after my first bowel obstuctiion and man are those painful!!! I have never ever in my life been in that much pain. Then I had another one exactly 6 months later??? I got reallyl depressed after those and had a hard time eating after that. Even though my brain knew eating was okay I thought well if i don't eat it can't obstruct which is so untrue?? But now i can eat as you can tell due to my 25 pound weight gain. I need to get back online here and get back into the program. My olderst daughter   which is my step daughter is getting married in april and then ex will be there so gotta have a kick ass dress!!! 
so any suggestions will be helpful!!!
