Yesterday at a local drug store I was sitting at the machine developing vacation pics (will blog on vacation later) and I said hey to one of the girls who works there.  I have known her for years, and she said hey and kept on walking, then turned around and had this funny look on her face and said o my God, i didnt recognize you!  Are you ill or something?  You have lost so much weight.  I just smiled and said, nope not ill anymore! 
I had to ask my husband if I looked sickly or something.  He just laughed.  Now I know I have lost, and i have lost BIG (75 lbs in a year) but I for the life of me, cannot see myself as it being such a drastic change.

So I guess that was my WOW moment where someone else was wowwwwed LOL.

I love my life and I love my band, no matter how slow it is going, I wouldnt change a thing!!!!
