Will i had my wls last Tuesday Nov 2ND and i have to say the way they were talking about my heart and and everything i wasn't sure i would make it i i came thou with flying colors now comes the hard part i an still hungry but but i know that i can't eat        and i think i might be taking in to much water  so i will have to work on that any ideas would be a great help.

I am l little more that 2 weeks away start my diet monday wife is gone and i am all alone i know that i can do it but it would be a lot easer if she was here my date is nov 2nd and she will be back nov 1st so i need all the support i can get

it's been a while since i have been on here and a lot has happened i ended up in the er with a heart problem that's the biggest thing but i got approved on Monday now all i need is a date and the ins is covering it 100 percent can't get better than that so i will keep you posted wish me luck

Well i have just finshed my 6 month program and it got a little ruff at the end i gaind 9 lbs in one month that sucksbut  lost 5 lbs so that's good now i get to wait and see if they send my info in to the insurance company and hope they weii aprove my for the first of the year can't wait to see how the new me will look take care and talk to everyone soon
