i hope all had a wonderful thanksgiving.  We made lots of dishes i could eat and stay healthy.  Walking and shopping rounded out the weekend.  I am so grateful for my healthy life now.

11/21/11 Body at rest

or that is what i am calling it.  Still doing all i am supposed to but now I am at 177.  the Inches are coming off so i hope that weight loss will restart soon.  Down from size 24 in april to size 12/14 in almost 7 months.  down 121 lbs.
i am very blessed.  I want to lose more though.

weight loss is slow and had another stall.  Had my 6 month checkup this week and all the labs are great says the doc.  feel good,  I am so blessed.  Down 117 lbs; 49 to goal.  Love to all on the journey.
