i haven't been on here for awhile been real busy since my surgery last month and I'm doing well just learning things a long the way last time went to doctor i lost about 20 or 30 pounds  I'm very happy  and i have been getting a lot of support and encouragement and that really helps!!

my week after surgrey

 today is the week after  surgery  and i have so far doing great i have been  doing a little of walking and sticking with my guideline book and i lost 4 pounds so far I'm so happy for that and I'm going to stick with it  still a journey and life change and i say to myself  i  need to go forwards not backwards  and i think if i eat the wrong things i will get very sick and i dint like to  be sick

 yes i made it threw  and today is the  day that i have surgery  I'm so nervous  but i know   that with peoples prayers  and luck i will   go threw it well

getting close to surgrey

 I'm On My 2Nd Day Of the liquid diet doing good  but i have been having bad headaches  and my husband has been very supportive not eating in front of me and he is hiding his  soda  so its not around me  hopefully  soon it wont bother me  i hope that i will make it  until  the 6th of September

My Story

Hi  my Name is Lori  I'm 34 years old  i have been married for almost 11 years   i have had a weight problem almost  all of my life   but it  has been  bad for a couple years   i have tried diets and pills from doctors  and  some of them worked for a little while but  my weight came back   I'm now looking into the  gastric bypass   and  just recently  i  was approved  and  I'm ready for the big change and hopefully it will be the best decision i  have made but in my heart it is and I'm ready for change i would like to meet new people   so if you want to add me as a friend  that would be great!!
