I did my pre-op on friday!It went good I met everybody I was supposed to meet.I even signed up for a research study called TMS,its supposed to help with pain and even helps depression.So I shall see if it works.LOL I`m getting so scared though I am afraid of the anesthia.I feel embarrased about how scared I am but its getting harder to hide.I`m starting to have panic attacks and nightmares. How ridiclous is that? I pray everynight for the Lord to give me the strength I mean I have been through some scary stuff in my life and I cant believe this is the thing that could break me.Please pray for me and my children.,................................

So my pre-op is tomorrow and I`m excited! I cant wait! I`ve been experimenting with my purees,so I can maximise my protein intake! Today I made a Grilled chicken breast with spinach and queso fresco! I was suprised to see how much protein was in queso fresco! It tastes good but looks terrible lol. So if you like spinach thats a puree to try! Take care everybody!

Ok I have 7 days until my surgery and I`m starting to prepare.I ordered some night gowns for the hospital stay,borrowed a robe,my friend is buying me slippers. I have taken all of my measurments, bought lots of batteries for my camera.Arranged child care for my daughter.Wrote out my living will and...............Oh yeah! I started making my pureed food and freezing them in ice trays, my neighbors have donated alot of baby food to me for my lazy days! and.........umm......O! I got a sippy cup so I dont gulp liquids and baby utensils so I can make sure I`m taking small enough bites! And I have my vitamin B-12  and I need my Calcium Citrate but I have my chewable vitamins. I`m trying to get everything straight lol I`m getting kind of nuerotic about my preparations lol! I cant believe how easy it was for me to quit smoking Praise the good Lord! o last but not least I am trying to stock up on drawstring pants in diffrent sizes so I dont have to buy clothes for awhile lol!Well wish me luck! Also I met a friend on here who is having surgery on the same day,in the same hospital,and by the same surgeon as me! How lucky is that!Life is trully good!Amen!

I got approved!The call came in today! MY surgery is May 26th 2010! I cant wait but Im scared too lol. I cant believe everything is moving so quickly! Musc is a good place to apply for surgery cause they have been so quick and thruough. God is so good to us! Praise him!

When is my insurance going to approve or deny my surgery! I have to admit the waiting game is killing me.......I go to my mandatory nutrition class on Tuesday May 4th. Then I dont go back until I have been approved. I pray for more patients every night I know God is helping me he has blessed me and my family sooo much. I am just at a low point right now.
