My Story

Hello Everyone!
Here is a short version of my journey so far. I will add my full story at a later date. I am currently a patient at Guelph Bariatric Clinic.
- September 16th, 2010: Attended the information session at the clinic.
- December 9th, 2010: Had my first appointments with the Social Worker, Dietitian and Nurse. I was given the "go ahead" by the social worker and re-booked for a 2nd appointment with the Nurse and Dietitian.
- January 31st, 2011: Saw the Nurse and  Dietitian (was given the go ahead by both of them)
- January 31st 2011: Was put into the yellow book
- May 10th, 2011: Attended the surgery information class at the clinic.
- July 19th, 2011: Appointment with Dr. Reed
- Surgery: August 18th, 2011!!
