It's been awhile so I thought I'd do a quick update on life.  My washer and dryer were delivered about a week or so ago.  I love them!  I went with a Whirlpool front load washer and got the matching dryer in a cranberry red.  It's so nice!  I think everyone should have one.  It does a really great job on cleaning and spinning the water out.  The clothes are barely wet when you take them out of the washer!!

I am feeling better and better with each passing day.  I haven't been wearing the binder much and as time goes on it doesn't bother me near as much as it did.  I still wear it a little bit, like a few days before starting my period- those days seem like the worse to me.  My boobs are kind of sore today, yesterday I went on a VERY bumpy ride with my husband.  Never again!  Or at least not until I am 100% healed.  Man, I am sore.  I still wear either my bra binder or a sports bra 27/7.  The supports feels good and Dr DiNick told me too.  Not sure if the cocoa butter and vitamin E are going what they are suppose to be doing, but I think it takes time, like months before you notice.  I am completely healed on the outside and according to Dr DiNick it will take 6+ months for the breast to heal and up to a year and a half for the tummy.  Actually what he said is it could take up to a year and half for the numbness to fade around the tummy, if it was going to fade more than it has already.

My daughter is doing really good and she is just about back to 100%.  She made up what work she could while she was out sick and just finished taking that last test on material that was covered while she was in the hospital.  She didn't do to bad and was above the class average- but still not as good as she would've liked.  She will be done with classes here in a couple more weeks and she can relax some.  Classes don't start up again until the middle of January.  I'm trying to talk her into coming home for a few days for christmas with out the boyfriend.  If not I will see her the day after christmas as we will be going down to see everyone.

I got my hair cut yesterday.  It is very short!  At least very short for me.  It's really curly too, left over perm my hair dresser said.  That and I have a bit of curl and wave naturally in my hair.  It looked cute when Jennifer blew it dry, the real test will be if I can duplicate it on Monday.

I have been walking just once a day Monday- Thursday with my walking partner at work.  I want to start walking twice but it just hasn't worked out yet.  I will keep trying.  As soon as I feel like I can, I will start walking on my treadmill when Sue can't walk.  I've avoided the treadmill as the jarring is more than when I walk outside.  Maybe it's all in my head but I know what I feel and the treadmill is more jarring.

My next appointment with Dr DiNick is Dec 9th not sure what he will do other than look me up and down.  I like him and it's really not as weird as it sounds.  I am going to schedule my hormone pellet insertion hopefully on the 10th or 11th.  I just had my blood work done on Tuesday and I am sure my levels are low.

I have started my christmas shopping but it's going to be a lean christmas this year what with my hours being cut and my husband taking a 5% cut in pay.  But I am truly thankful that we both still have jobs.  It could be so much worse.

I will try to update this more often.  I find myself spending much of my computer time over on facebook these days.
