My life has really changed!!!!!!

My husband and I have lost over 200lbs!!!! My BMI is in healthy normal range now. I'm no longer considered overweight!!!
but the most amazing part is that we are making our children's lives healthier!!!! my 5 year old daughter is almost down 3 pounds in less than a month!!!!!! its slow but if we can keep it slow and constant this will be great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need to get her down 20-30 lbs so this is my new goal, saving her the horrible life of being obese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
