Surgeon Testimonial Milton Owens (COE) My first impression of Dr.Owens was that he was a great guy. That impression has not changed over time. He and his office staff are friendly and there is nothing that I didnt like about him. Future patients shold know that he is always available and caring. He greatly emphasizes the importance of aftercare and has a structured program. He addressed the risks of surgery thoroughly. I would rate him as wonderful!
