Ok I finally got around to posting my pre op pics I have also added pics we took tonight.  I am 7 weeks out as of yesterday and I am down 41.6 lbs and 4 (yes you read that right) FOUR pant sizes.  So to celebrate I went out today and got myself a new hair do.

Well it seems that lately 2 is my favorite number because that seems to be the amount of weight I am losing in a week for the last several weeks.  I am not complaining..slow and steady wins the race, right?  I weighed this morning and I am down another 2 lbs YAY to 268, Sunday I will take my measurements and see if I have melted more, which I hope I have. 

Last night my hunny bunny and I attended my youngest son's drama club production of High School Musical.  Now my oldest son was in the drama club too and I went to every one of his productions and I dreaded it!  Not because the singing was not so professional, and not because the acting was over or under done..but because of the tiny seats in the school auditorium!  Well last night I sat down with ease and I fit into the seat!  Instead of spending a miserable two hours shifting and trying to get comfortable in my seat I was able to relax and enjoy the show.  The kids all did a great job and I had a really good time.  I LOVE my RNY!!!

OK it's been awhile....

I have neglected my blog for a bit.  I am not posting much tonight as I have a Dr.'s appointment in the morning so I will have more accurate totals then.  I have struggled a lot over the last 3 weeks trying to get in all my protein and water, and I still forget to eat.  BUT the good news is I am still losing...I am down 35 lbs when I last checked but the real story is I have lost 21.25"!!!    Before surgery I organized my closet by size.  I went to the hospital in a 26 and now I am wearing a 22/24 .  I am wearing jeans that I haven't been able to fit into comforatably since 2006..LOL.  I guess I really should clean out my closet now.   
I am WAY stoked about the Dr.'s appointment in the morning because I FINALLY get my G tube out WOOOO HOOOOO, man, I can NOT wait to sleep on my left side!!!  That has been the hardest part of the surgery for me is not being able to sleep on my side..I toss and turn all night and drive my super supportive hunny bunny nuts all night.  But those nights are OVER after tonight!
