I was 250 pounds and I was so not Healthy. I was sad all the time and I hated to look at myself in the mirror, or to go out to eat. I felt like everybody was looking at me and saying, she doesn't need anything to eat.

I WEIGHTED THIS MORNING AND I AM DOWN 2 MORE POUNDS.

LORD.

I just wanted to say Hello to you all.  I know that you guys are doing Great.  You all are in my Prayers.

I have lost 64 pounds, and so Happy it makes me want to Shout.  I did that and Danced.  Keep up the Great work.

Support Group Leader Jeannie Armstrong.  It was

AWESOME.  I had a Great time.  For you all who

missed it, Whoa you missed something Great.

I have now lost 62 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!  Yeah.  I am so glad.
