I am depressed

WakiNG up today sucked!  Just thinking at how CLOSE I was to fullfilling this commitment to myself and then having it ripped out from under me again has really left me feeling hopeless.  I know that it will happen...at least I "think" it will happen.  I am not going to believe it anymore until I am hooked up to an IV and being wheeled to the OR.  Once was a blow to the Gut...twice has been a blow to the heart!  I know that the Doc was sick and it is BEST that he cancelled all his surgeries for 2 days...but it really sucks to have to go thru another weekend not having a date in sight or even knowing if it is going to be another month until I have a date again!  This is just NOT fair! I am trying my best NOT to become depressed...but as I sit her...it is 11am...this is the time I would have left for the hospital...so YES...it is a bit depressing.  Why can't things just go "As Planned" for me like they have for other people?  I am just one of those people that, "if it's going to happen, it's going to happen to me!"

I am praying for a new date monday...maybe the doc will operate next weekend!
