just looking for confimation

I am almost three weeks post op and  I am trying not be discouraged, but these are the things I have been through:

- I can't seem to stomach eggs and milk
- i cant get in 6 meals, its even hard for  4 meals
- water ( cold, room temp) cramps my stomach
- my bowels are so inconsistent
- I didnt feel nausea in the hopistal, nor the first week, but for the last week, unbelievable and gag so much
- WORST part of all.. in my lower right abdomen, I have such significant pain that has been there for 17 days now...

Did anyone that is post op feel like this or have similar symptoms.. I just need confirmation that it gets better. Please HELP!
