I cannot believe that I have dropped over 75 lbs since last xmas. I did lose 23 before surgery but now I'm at 50 since surgery. woohoo!!!
I now weigh LESS than I did when I had Jordan! so I haven't weighed this much since March 2005. I am so excited! Oh and I went down another pant size. say hello to size 26 and they are baggy in the legs. I think if I could find a tummy sucker in thingy I could wear a 24!!
so, I fit in a 26 now!! I can also wear some 2x shirts!!!
I was so excited. I picked up a nice pair of jeans at the thrift store and figured it would be a month before I could wear them...for kicks I tried them on...and they FIT!!!!
I have a pretty typical story. I wasn't "fat" in high school but by their standards (anything larger than a size 6) I was. Wish I was that size 10 now. Slowly I started gaining more weight and dieting off and on. Over the last 17 years I've gained and lost hundreds of pounds if added all up. I do really well on low carb diets but of course that always comes back in huge amounts. Prior to getting pregnant with my 3 year old son I had ballooned up to 270 lbs. I hopped on the Atkin's diet (again) and dropped a whopping 51 lbs without much trouble. It only took about 4 months and I cheated CONSTANTLY. BUT then I found I was pregnant and had to eat "normal". I immediately gained back 32 lbs in a course of 2 months and then slowly gained the rest PLUS 24 more. 3 years, another child and a deployment (Hubby was called to active duty and shipped to Iraq for a year) later I had gained a huge 120 lbs!!! Unreal. This can't be me. This ISN'T my body...is it??
