Today i wieghed myself and i made my first personal goal of losing 100lbs, i still have a ways to go to meet dr aranow's goal but ill get there.

I feel so better knowing that my blood pressure and chol are down, pretty scary ride i was on last year, im happy im now taking care of ME and living a better life!

In March ill have my 6mth check-up and lab work done, i hope my iron levels are normal, they where on the low side before, and as far as my hair loss...well i guess its going through its course, its just hair right?

Not too much else going on here, other than its snowing!
