well, im moving right along, im down 68lbs and im starting to feel like im getting my engery back, thank goodness, i havent been able to walk for a long distance, because my knee is bothering me again, it drives me crazy, so im work out on my excerise ball for now, i go back to the doctor in dec to check on my labs.....

last night i went to a support meeting and met alot of people from OH and even one of my nurses came up to me to say HI! we all chatted for a while after the meeting, Hi Laurie!! we can do this together!!

this weekend its xmas shopping time! and next weekend possible trip to Boston! with my own tour guide, melissa ...wish me luck! :)

Last weekend after going to the doctor and getting the green light to go back to work was exciting! monday was a holiday, tues when i came back it was a surprise for all my co-workers, everyone was shocked to see me back so soon, i recieved alot of compliments which felt great!

im also down to a 22/24 1 size down already! i even went down a half a size in shoes! bought my first pair of brown shoes to match my brown pants, big joke at work, because i own 7 pairs of the same black pants lol they are now way to big for me too wear, i went to old navy.com of course (im a huge online shopper) and i had to return the pants they where falling off! but the shirts i purchased are perfect!! say good-bye to LaneBryant and The Avenue!

my friend kathy showed me her pre-op pics, i couldnt beleive the transformation! i admire her so much! she had all the faith i didnt have for me to have this surgery, im so glad i listened to her! im also off my cholestrol and blood pressure meds, my back is feeling better, and my knee only gave me pain once since the surgery!

heres my new problem, why in the world am i addicted to wacthing the Food Channel!! lol  thank god im in the honey moon stage, and im not hungry ! 

Today i went to go see Dr. Aranow, im down 10lbs pre and 43post op = 53 lbs in 7 weeks, im so proud of myself ! 

Also now im on Stage 5 plan!
