Wow its been over a yr since I last posted

Well another Thanksgiving that I didnt gain any wt.  That sure never happened before.  Im very grateful for this surgery and all the wt Ive lost.  This morning I weighted in at 208.  I had been up as high as 222 a few months back but I have gotten that out of control eating...Under control for now.  It seems that it will be a never ending battle.  I just gave myself a 10 lb window.  Now it wont be more than a 5 lb window before I reel in the crap that sneeks back in.
