Isnt it fast how time flies.  Another yr has past and my RNY has been the best thing I ever did for myself.  Im so grateful to have had this procedure and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wow its been over a yr since I last posted

Well another Thanksgiving that I didnt gain any wt.  That sure never happened before.  Im very grateful for this surgery and all the wt Ive lost.  This morning I weighted in at 208.  I had been up as high as 222 a few months back but I have gotten that out of control eating...Under control for now.  It seems that it will be a never ending battle.  I just gave myself a 10 lb window.  Now it wont be more than a 5 lb window before I reel in the crap that sneeks back in.

broke a plateau

Ive had two exciting WOW moments this week.

One I lost 2 lbs after months of not loosing.   Second, I got in a pair of jeans that I havent worn in 25 yrs...now dont ask why I even still had them but I did wear them in college...so when I can I'll have dear Sally post a pic of me then in the jeans and one of me now in them.
