    Good Luck!!! Tomorrow is D day. You will be fine. You are such a goregous woman!! I know you have heard that plenty of times, just thought I'd tell you again. Keep in contact with the website and support group meetings is the best I advice I can give ya. The first 4 weeks are hard and you will survive!

    Thursday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. WHY WE DON´T LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES!

OMG I`ve been feeling sick all day long.!! 4 a stupid thing I did that i alreday knew i shouldn´t do. but there I was having my breakfast in the car in my way to work 1 min after excercising (pìlates) I was ok. until and hour latter when i drank some water. omg i was feeling like something was stuck all day until 4.00 pm. and I don´t kn ow why i wasen´t able to vomit that was so rare normaly when i have this episodes I vomit. but no  this time altho I tried. lol. weird. well i`m feeling good now. but i was not able to eat anything all day lol. so ofcourse I was feeling bad. I had a honey candDy to bring my suggar up and it totally worked. thanks good. lol
why I can´t learn from my mistakes I learned this leson at the beginin of my journey. so why did i do it again?? so mad with myself i totaly deserved it.  Well i`m kindda glad that it happends times to time it shows that after 1 year the pouch its still working.
just me I guess. lol.

food that I LOVE.

I totally love this  and i have it more than 1 time per week.... 

   -capresse salad +. 1 toasted bread.
   -salad with chesse cubes and turkey ham. with balsamic dressing
   -bread with sf jam and cotagge cheesse ( love it love it)
   -protein shake with a spoon of coffe.
   -tuna with a small spoon of mayonnaise, mustard (mustar its free) and vegies and lemon. with a integral crackers.
   -turkey sausages.
for dinner i always have salad and chicken or  tuna. and maybe a vegie soup. (or some mexican that my mom does)

I JUST ALLOWED MY SELF TO HAVE 1 CARB PER DAY. such as. integral cracker, 2 tortillas, corn, cereal bars, cereal, 1 piece of bread or maybe 2 if i really want the 2nd one. and yes some times I CHEAT. its healthy ones in a while!. lol.

1th weigh in

ok. so i`ve decide that i`m gonna post my weigh progress. since i`m back on track. and hid my scale and all that.
I`m gonna post my weigh everytime i go to see my nutricionis that is like every 2 weeks.
so here are the numbers....... I`VE LOST 7.5 LBS IN 2 WEEKS AWESOME!!!.


1º  19/02: - 7.5 lbs._ weight 149 lbs.

EXERCISE: 6 times per week: 

                      -3 taebo(cardio)
                      -2 pilates.
                      -1 , 1 hr walk.

I HID MY SCALE!!!!

Ok. today i hid my f.... scale. OMG that thing was getting in to my nerves so i decide that I`m not going to weight my self at home, just every 2 weeks at my nutricionist oficce.  `cuz you know this freaking things are just broken!!!! hahahahaha. one day you weight 1 lb more than the other.
what made me make that decition was that after almost 2 weeks of hard work. dieting and excercising  every day. i gain 4 lbs. soooo this is al fucked up! and what  happens its that i tend to eat... so i don´t wanna know if i gaining or losing just wanna stay in my diet and excersice program to get to my goal. and is soooo HARD. 
WELL i let you know how this ends. 
OMG I JUST WANNA KILL SOMEBODY!! HAHAHA. lol
