    Mari.......You are such a SPECIAL lady....I just wanted to wish you the very best with your WLS. You will do so good. Remember to walk and walk and sip and sip. It hasn't been started because I don't have the access to the computer as much as I did when I didn't live with Sis and BIL.  Y'all will just have to start things if I'm not here bright and early Monday mornings.  Am taking it to Htown next time I go to see if Terry (our lil techie) can help me out so I can get on wireless here.

Surgery weight: 238
Weight last week: 151.1
Today's Weight: 151.9
Weight Gain/Loss: +.8lbs (I am one UNHAPPY camper, gotta get away from my sister and her house more often. She has too much crap here that will sabotage a WLSer)
