Baked chicken thighs in the oven until the meat pulls apart with a fork. Add meat, 1 small can of chipotle peppers, and a little light mayonaise to the food processor and puree it until it has the consistency of a thick dip.  

 13 days post-op now. I stayed in the hospital for 2 nights following my VSG. Its funny, when I had my 2 rotator cuff operations, they would not let me going home unitl I could urinate. For this surgery, the bar was having to drink at least 30 ounces. Surgery was on Friday, and on Sunday I was able to finally get down my required 30 ounces of fluid. Warm chicken broth and rasberry flavored crystal light did the trick. Worst part of the surgery was the gas pain afterwards. 

I am in the puree phase of my diet now. So far it has been good, except I got bold and took a couple bites of a cuban sandwich. Won't be doing that again any time soon.
