Dr Chengelis did my RNY May 12th and I was home May 13th I dont think I can say anymorernabout his competence if you are thinking of surgery he's your surgon. He is a caring surgeon and will take his time to give you all the Info that you ask for

2009 What A Year

Well I will start with my weight in Feb I was 383lbs and I will leave 2009 at 209lbs that part is amazing to me and my family we are very grateful and much of my accomplishments are due to a very supportive wife and daughters and the OH family I cant thank everyone enough for sharing there journeys and Info !!

Holiday's

Now that were on the heels of the food eating season I hope we are all doing well ! And for me every day is open season for eating dam  "lol"  Well I wish everyone a healthy and joyous holiday season !!!!

Seven Months Out Today

The Journey has been good to me so far I am down 120 lbs from the day of surgery and down a total of 159 lbs from February !! Lab work looks good it showed my protein was a little low and vitamin A was low but all in all a great journey so far !! when I started the weight loss program my waist was 64 and a 4X shirt to day my waist is 44 and shirt size is a large, well that's my story and i am sticking to it.
